A magnet has two poles and so does our mind. One pole in our mind is positive and the other is negative. A negative mind is always looking for the worst in all things. You are always pushing the wrong buttons on your friends, family, children and colleagues. A positive mind looks for ways to improve the day of everyone it encounters. Problems are opportunities to be solved and not burdens. A positive mind reflects the mind of Christ and is always willing to heal relationships, seek the best, go out of the way to help others. Which mind pole are you using right now?
"What does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" Micah 6:8 NKJV
Circumstances and situations do color life, but you have been given the mind to choose what the color will be. John Homer Miller
